This scholarship supports academically driven students who show a dedication to furthering their education and positively impacting their communities, carrying forward Dr. Hayes’ vision of investing in the future.
Eligibility Criteria :
Academic Excellence:
Applicants must be high school seniors or currently enrolled college students with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
Citizenship:
Applicants must be citizens of the USA.
Community Service Involvement:
Demonstrated commitment to community service, volunteerism, or mentorship, especially in areas that reflect the foundation’s values, such as supporting veterans, families, or community development.

Letter of Recommendation:
Submit a current academic transcript that confirms a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
